Shipping and Return
Shipping Policy
The orders for the user are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 5 days from the date of the order and/or payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment, subject to courier company / post office norms.
KK Handlooms shall not be liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authority. Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your email ID as specified at the time of registration.
If there are any shipping cost(s) levied by the seller or KK Handlooms (as the case may be), the same is non-refundable.
Return & Exchange Policy
We offer Return/Exchange within the first 7 days from the date of your purchase. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a return, exchange, or refund of any kind.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
The item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging.
Items purchased on sale may not be eligible for return or exchange.
Only defective or damaged items may be replaced upon verification.
Certain categories of products/items may be exempt from return or refund. These categories will be clearly identified at the time of purchase.
For approved return/exchange requests, once your returned item is received and inspected by KK Handlooms, we will notify you by email regarding the receipt and status of approval. If approved after quality check, your return/exchange will be processed in accordance with our policy.
Cancellation Policy
This policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product/service purchased from KK Handlooms.
Cancellations will be considered only if requested within 7 days of placing the order.
Cancellation requests may not be accepted if the order has already been dispatched or is out for delivery. In such cases, you may choose to reject the product upon delivery.
KK Handlooms does not accept cancellation requests for perishable or made-to-order items. However, refunds or replacements may be provided if the quality of the delivered product is proven to be unsatisfactory.
Refund Policy
In case of damaged or defective items:
Report the issue to our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product.
The seller/merchant or KK Handlooms will inspect and verify the issue.
If the product is determined to be faulty, a refund or replacement will be processed.
If the product received is not as shown on the website or does not meet your expectations, please notify customer service within 7 days. The team will evaluate your complaint and respond appropriately.
For items under manufacturer warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly.
In cases where a refund is approved by KK Handlooms, please allow 15 days for the amount to be processed and credited back to you.
