Cancellation & Refund Policy
At KK Handlooms, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide the best quality handloom products. We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or return an order, so we’ve created a transparent Cancellation and Refund Policy to help guide you.
1. Order Cancellation
✅ Before Shipping:
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, before it is shipped.
To cancel, contact us immediately at kkhandlooms2025@gmail.com or call us at 9247435668.
If your order is cancelled successfully, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method.
❌ After Shipping:
Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may choose to return the item after delivery (see return policy).
2. Returns & Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product under the following conditions:
✅ Eligible for Return:
Must be returned within 7 days of delivery
Product should be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact
Only regular priced items are eligible (no returns on discounted/clearance items unless damaged)
❌ Not Eligible:
Customized or tailored products
Products damaged due to misuse or improper care
Sale or promotional items (unless defective)
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process:
Email us at kkhandlooms2025@gmail.com or WhatsApp/call 9247435668 within 7 days of receiving your order.
Share your order ID and reason for return.
If approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you to ship the item back.
Once we receive and inspect the product, we will initiate the refund.
Return Shipping:
If the return is due to a defect or incorrect item, we cover the return shipping cost. For other returns (like dislike or size change), you may need to bear the return shipping charges.
4. Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item and verify its condition.
Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment (bank, card, UPI, etc.).
You will be notified via email or SMS once the refund is processed.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.
We will either replace the product or offer a full refund at no additional cost.
